Jane Moen

President, VasoHealthcare

Jane Moen, President of VasoHealthcare, is an accomplished professional in the healthcare sales arena with over 10 years’ experience in the medical diagnostic imaging industry. Ms. Moen has been involved in all aspects of VasoHealthcare’s business, rising through the ranks from Account Manager to Region Manager, Director of Product Business & Training and Vice President of Sales. She has attained great achievements in many aspects of the business – sales generation, team management, relationship management with the OEM partner, marketing and training – and uses this experience to drive the strategy and performance of this elite sales organization. Prior to her experience with VasoHealthcare, Ms. Moen held sales positions with various companies including Ledford Medical, Vital Signs, Pfizer and Ecolab. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a B.S. in Chemistry and Business.

Christopher Kot

Senior Advisor, Business Operations

Chris is Senior Advisor, Business Operations at VasoHealthcare, a newly created strategic advisory position he assumed on 2025-08-01 after serving as Vice President of Operations. A founding member of the leadership team, he has been with the company since the very beginning and has spent more than 15 years helping build it from the ground up, leading everything from fleet and compliance programs to credentialing, compensation, and contract management. Chris grew the Operations team, spanning Sales Operations, Sales Support, and Technology, from a one-person operation into a multi-functional department, and championed the company’s core operational platform and reporting frameworks. In his current role he oversees fleet program management, credentialing and compliance, and compensation plan development, and serves as a strategic partner to the executive team on special projects.

David Mueller

Vice President of Operations

David joined VasoHealthcare as Vice President of Operations in October 2025, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience across commercial operations, strategic planning, and finance. He most recently served as Director of Strategic Planning – USCAN Imaging at GE HealthCare, and spent the preceding seven years working closely with the VasoHealthcare business and leadership team as a partner of GE HealthCare. David is responsible for aligning the company’s operational functions with its priorities and ensuring scalable infrastructure to support growth, and he oversees sales operations, technology systems, compliance, and administrative services. His expertise spans internal audit, business process improvement, sales operations, and financial planning. David is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he earned a double major in Accounting and Human Resource Management.

John Krzos

Vice President Finance and Services Sales

John is responsible for supporting all aspects of VasoHealthcare’s vendor financing and service programs from strategy to execution. John works closely with our sales team to facilitate sales through GE financial and maintenance service solutions that are available to commercial customers. John partners with our market leading financial partners to develop sales tools and support materials to drive market share and revenue growth for VasoHealthcare. He joined VasoHealthcare in April 2010 as an Account Manager and was promoted to the Region Manager of the North Central in July 2012. Prior to joining the company, he was with Ledford Medical. He also worked as a Regional Sales Director with Cytogen Corporation in Princeton, NJ. John is a graduate of Triton College and received an A.A.S. in Nuclear Medicine Technology.

Andrea M. Grimes

Director Human Resources and Organizational Development

Andrea joined VasoHealthcare in September 2011 and is responsible for general human resources management, implementation and oversight for Talent Development, Performance Management, Recruiting/Hiring, Onboarding and key leadership for ongoing compliancy activities. Andrea is responsible for continuing to bring efficiencies and value to all VasoHealthcare employees.

Prior to joining VasoHealthcare, Andrea worked at American Express in several Human Resources roles including Organizational Development Consultant, Leadership Consultant and Human Resources Manager supporting the Card and Travel divisions. Andrea specializes in the areas of Teambuilding, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Onboarding, Employee Relations and Talent Development. She has over 15 years of Human Resources experience and has also achieved her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Andrea has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She also graduated Summa Cum Laude from North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro with a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Counseling for Business and Industry.
