Shawl Lobree, President, VasoHealthcare

Shawl Lobree, President of VasoHealthcare has over 25 years of experience in the medical diagnostic imaging industry, Mr. Lobree has been involved in all aspects of imaging equipment business from product launch, marketing, sales, to services and support, at various capacities and with various responsibilities. He was Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing at Volpara Solutions Limited, a multinational company focused on optimization of multimodality breast imaging workflow until December 31, 2015. Prior to that, he spent over three years at Philips Healthcare as Vice President in charge of marketing strategy and operations for imaging systems and Vice President responsible for global marketing for diagnostic X-ray, as well as many more years in other major diagnostic imaging system manufacturers such as Hologic, Inc. and Siemens Medical Systems at different senior leadership positions in sales and marketing.

   

Christopher Kot, Vice President of Operations

Chris is responsible for overall operations, information systems, IT infrastructure, strategic planning programs, corporate communications, and contract management at VasoHealthcare. He has over 15 years of experience in outsource sales distribution, and 28 years of overall healthcare imaging experience. Chris has also spent time at GE Healthcare and Siemens Medical Solutions where he held a variety of leadership roles including Global Product Management, Americas Marketing Management, Technical Support, and Sales Management. Chris graduated from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse with a degree in Nuclear Medicine, and is an active member of Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society(HIMSS), American Marketing Association (AMA), Society of Nuclear Medicine (SNM), and American Society of Nuclear Cardiology (ASNC).

   

Brian Scott, Vice President Finance and Services

Brian is responsible for supporting all aspects of VasoHealthcare’s vendor financing and service programs from strategy to execution. Brian works closely with our sales team to facilitate sales through financial and maintenance service solutions that are available to commercial customers. Brian partners with our market leading financial partners to develop sales tools and support materials to drive market share and revenue growth for VasoHealthcare. Brian also provides leadership and coordination for the company financial planning. Brian is an active member of the corporate management team and is responsible for the development and implementation of short and long-term strategic planning with that group He has over 15 years' experience in financial services and over 10 years' experience in the healthcare imaging industry. Prior to joining VasoHealthcare, Brian worked at Ledford Medical, Philips Healthcare and Safeco Credit Company. Brian graduated from the University of South Carolina with a double major in Finance and Marketing.

   

Jane Moen, Vice President of Sales Excellence

Jane leads the overall development, coordination, functional management, and leadership of sales activities to achieve company objectives. She establishes sales targets and metrics, develops strategic sales plans based on company goals and works to create a culture of Sales Excellence. Jane, along with the President, facilitates the company’s relationship with the vendor partner’s commercial leadership teams. She also manages the performance of the ultrasound program.

Jane has over 13 years of experience in medical sales, with 8 of those years dedicated to diagnostic imaging. She has been with VasoHealthcare since the company’s formation in 2010 and has held multiple roles within the organization. Prior to her position at VasoHealthcare, Jane held sales roles with Ledford Medical, Vital Signs Inc. and Pfizer. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a B.S. in Chemistry and Business.

   

Sang Lee, Vice President of Product Marketing and Training

Sang is the VasoHealthcare executive liaison to the vendor partner’s product marketing teams, utilizing relationships and knowledge to streamline sales efforts and provide solutions. Sang works to identify unmet customer needs by providing the lead role on portfolio management, including communicating the needs of particular customer or market segments to the client company’s product line managers. He is also responsible for facilitating sales training programs for both new and veteran team members.

Sang has over 15 years of leadership experience in new product introductions and go-to-market strategies of medical device companies. Prior to joining VasoHealthcare, he served as the Vice President of Marketing at Gamma Medica. Sang has also held positions as the Senior Global Marketing Manager for Philips Healthcare Imaging Systems business group and global marketing responsibilities for NeuroLogica, makers of the world’s only mobile CT/SPECT cameras, recently acquired by Samsung. Sang holds a B.A. degree in Business Management/Marketing from Boston University School of Management.

   

Andrea M. Grimes, Director Human Resources and Organizational Development

Andrea joined VasoHealthcare in September 2011 and is responsible for general human resources management, implementation and oversight for Talent Development, Performance Management, Recruiting/Hiring, Onboarding and key leadership for ongoing compliancy activities. Andrea is the key leader behind the “My VHC” programs and is responsible for continuing to bring efficiencies and value to all VasoHealthcare employees.

Prior to joining VasoHealthcare, Andrea worked at American Express in several Human Resources roles including Organizational Development Consultant, Leadership Consultant and Human Resources Manager supporting the Card and Travel divisions. Andrea specializes in the areas of Teambuilding, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Onboarding, Employee Relations and Talent Development. She has over 15 years of Human Resources experience and has also achieved her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Andrea has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She also graduated Summa Cum Laude from North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro with a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Counseling for Business and Industry.
